Opportunity under evaluation
Art rental and leasing for selected interiors.
A possible future model for hospitality, residences, offices and yacht interiors. Art rental and leasing are not currently offered as a standard public service.
A considered model, not a published offer
Temporary access to a unique artwork would require a precise framework.
Alessandro Butera Studio is evaluating whether selected original wall sculptures, reliefs and collectible artworks could be placed temporarily in a project. The opportunity may be relevant to hospitality teams, boutique hotels, private residences, villas, executive offices, professional offices and yacht interiors.
Any future art rental or art leasing proposal would be assessed individually. Duration, insurance, transport, installation, maintenance, return conditions, possible acquisition and the commercial and fiscal model would all need to be defined before a public service could be presented.

Clear conditions matter
Questions about a possible rental model.
Is art rental or art leasing currently available?
Art rental and leasing are opportunities under careful evaluation. Alessandro Butera Studio does not currently present a standard public rental programme, fixed terms or public pricing.
Which projects could a future model serve?
A future model could be considered for selected hospitality interiors, boutique hotels, private residences, villas, executive offices, professional offices and yacht interiors, subject to the artwork and project requirements.
What would need to be defined before an artwork could be rented?
The model would need clear terms for duration, insurance, transport, installation, maintenance, responsibility for damage, return conditions, possible purchase or buyout and the applicable commercial and fiscal arrangements.
Could a rented artwork later be acquired?
A later acquisition could only be discussed case by case if a future model allows it. It is not an automatic option and no availability or purchase condition is promised on this page.
