1. Website operator

2. Website and Boutique
The website presents the artist’s practice, projects and available works. Selecting an artwork in the Boutique and sending an enquiry does not reserve the work, create an order or require payment. A contract is formed only after the Studio has confirmed availability, the complete price, delivery terms and any installation requirements in writing, and the buyer has expressly accepted the offer.
3. Artworks and availability
Each original artwork is unique. Images are prepared carefully, but colour and surface appearance may vary according to screens and lighting. Dimensions may be approximate where expressly indicated. Availability, condition, materials, certificate and installation requirements are confirmed before purchase.
4. Prices and payment
Displayed painting prices are in euros and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, insurance, customs charges and any installation costs are disclosed before a binding order. No online payment is currently processed through this website. The accepted payment method and timetable will be stated in the Studio’s written offer.
5. Delivery and inspection
Delivery timing and cost depend on destination, packing, dimensions and the nature of the work. Risk and responsibility for transport are governed by the terms confirmed before purchase. The buyer should inspect the package on delivery, record visible damage with the carrier where possible and contact the Studio promptly, without prejudice to statutory rights.
6. Consumer withdrawal and returns
Where EU consumer law applies to a distance sale, a consumer generally has 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. The buyer bears the direct return cost when informed before purchase, and must return the work using suitable protective packaging. The Studio may withhold reimbursement until the work is received or proof of return is supplied. Statutory exceptions apply, including works made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised. These provisions do not limit mandatory consumer rights or the legal guarantee.
7. Commissions and installation
Commissioned, customised, illuminated or installation-dependent works require a separate written proposal covering specifications, stages, payment, approvals, transport and installation. Work begins only after express acceptance and any agreed deposit.
8. Copyright
Purchase transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless expressly transferred in writing. Images and texts on this website may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
9. Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections and competent court available to consumers in their country of residence.

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The current version of these terms is published on this page.
