The brief begins with the space
A successful commission starts with the architecture rather than a catalogue. The Studio reviews plans, elevations, photographs, material samples, lighting conditions and the intended viewing distance. The objective is to understand what the room needs: a focal point, a rhythm, a quiet counterweight or a luminous presence.
Dimensions, wall construction, access, local regulations and installation constraints are considered from the outset. This allows the artwork to be conceived as part of the project, not added after the interior is complete.
Concept, scale and material
The concept phase defines format, palette, relief depth and the relationship between the work and adjacent finishes. For LED-integrated works, power supply, colour temperature and maintenance access are coordinated with the project team.
Visualisations and material references help the architect and client evaluate proportion before production begins. Every commissioned work remains unique, even when it develops an existing language from the Studio.
Production and delivery
Each piece is a unique artwork, created entirely by hand in the Studio near Palermo, one by one. Progress documentation can be shared at agreed milestones. Packing, transport and installation guidance are planned according to destination, including international hospitality and yacht projects.
