Eclissi brings artificial light inside the artwork instead of using it only to illuminate the surface. The LED component extends the research into kinetics, space, light and matter through perceptual change.
The work can operate with AAA batteries and an on/off switch. Where cables can be routed behind the artwork, the LED system may also be prepared for connection to the building electrical installation by a qualified professional.
